		<description>YUM! i&#039;ve been wanting to try this recipe for so long - tried it tonight and it&#039;s delicious!  i added dried herbs to the chopped peppers, carrots &amp; celery.  i also added cholula after i added the quinoa - gave it just the right kick.  so good!  and i love your blog!  please keep it up!</description>
