Yes, 2 tsp of any yeast will work, but I prefer to use the &lt;em&gt;instant&lt;/em&gt; active yeast, that way you don&#039;t have to prep it in a bowl of water before adding it to the flour.  If you only have active yeast, just follow the instructions on the packet to activate it.  Good luck!  I just made this on Sunday and it was delicious!  One pie with fresh mozzarella and tomato, and one pie with roasted veggies.</description>

		<description>I just had a multigrain crust I made with dough I picked up at my grocery store last night. I really want to recreate it! Do you use 2tsp of dry active yeast? I usually buy the kind in the packets, since I tend to make a few batches of dough every few months, will that work in this case?</description>
