My first bread success was also announced with “Holla!”, literally (http://www.cayugastkitchen.com/2011/09/new-years-special-holla-for-challah.html). Just a traditional loaf – though sweet potato, with poppy! A must try.

Thanks for the note, Althea. I hope with the extra water you were able to make it work. I wonder if this has to do with how watery/dry your steamed sweet potatoes are/were? Maybe they were dryer than my batch? But the next time I make this recipe I will definitely keep this in mind, and update the amounts if necessary.
